Some events simply happen, and others stay with you long after they’re over.

GNetwork 360 Madrid—The 23rd International Conference on LGBTQ+ Business & Tourism—belongs to the second category. Two intense days in the heart of Spain where the global LGBTQ+ community met, shared, learned, inspired, and reminded the world of a truth that can no longer be softened: LGBTQ+ tourism and LGBTQ+ business are not a niche. They are not a trend. They are a global economic and cultural powerhouse shaping cities, industries, and futures.

THE POWER OF SHOWING UP

The moment you step into an LGBTQ+ business conference, something shifts.
You feel freedom.
You feel belonging.
You feel community.

GNetwork 360 Madrid—masterfully organized by JN Global Project and the CCGLAR (Argentina’s LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce)—became a global meeting point where more than 400 participants exchanged strategies, failures, lessons, visions, and a shared purpose: building a more inclusive and powerful LGBTQ+ economic ecosystem.

The long-standing vision of Pablo de Luca and Gustavo Noguera, the founders of GNetwork360, reaffirmed why this is the most important LGBTQ+ tourism and business event in Ibero-America. And of course Juan and Nano, founders of JN Global Project, shaped an event that was equal parts professional, meaningful, and deeply human.

A STAGE WHERE EVERYTHING CAME TO LIFE

From the VP Plaza España Design Hotel, the program delivered a dynamic series of talks, insights, networking sessions, and presentations from more than 30 national and international speakers.

Some of the more than 30 panelists who participated in the 23rd edition of GNetwork 360 Madrid 2025. You can find the rest of the panelists on the website gnetwork360.com

Germany’s Thomas Bömkes. Peru’s Tony Cavero. Italy’s Giovanna Cecheerini from Quiiky Tours + ELTA. The New York content creators Shanna and Gabi from 27Travels.
Spain’s own Óscar Moreno from Deaf Community and LGBTQ+ Collective Spain, Juan Gallardo (Antena 3), David Gómez (Visit Valencia). And many more. Check out the GNetwork360 website to learn more about the speakers who were present and very important topics.

And yes—Medina Helsinki Communications, the company behind Queerland Media and We Speak Gay, returned for the second time, now representing our brand Queerland with a talk centered on visibility, community strength, and global connection.

It was a rainbow of professional knowledge, each color representing a story, a company, a challenge, a breakthrough.

WHY THESE EVENTS MATTER

Raúl Medina & Candy Licious - GNetwork 360 creates an ecosystem where entrepreneurs, corporations, tourism boards, Drag Queens, influencers, and organizations align with one clear goal: building a stronger, more inclusive economy.

Because these events are not just about business. Not just about tourism. They’re about visibility, representation, inclusion, opportunity, and economic empowerment.

LGBTQ+ business spaces matter because they challenge discrimination from the inside. Every presentation, every handshake, every idea pitched is a declaration:

We exist. We innovate. We travel. We lead. We build industries.
We are not a side market—we are a global force.
— Queerland Media

Remeber this:

Because LGBTQ+ tourism is not a niche — it’s an economic engine.
Because inclusion is not branding — it’s strategy.
Because visibility is not optional — it’s transformative.

LGBTQ+ conferences:

  • Accelerate innovation

  • Build corporate inclusion

  • Connect entrepreneurs and global players

  • Open real business opportunities

  • Strengthen the economic voice of our community

This is not just tourism. It’s movement. It’s empowerment.
It’s impact.

THE HUMAN SIDE THAT MAKES IT UNFORGETTABLE

Madrid gave us more than a conference. It gave us connection, storytelling, laughter, guided cultural tours, Spanish gastronomy that stays with you, and the reminder that the LGBTQ+ community is unstoppable when united.

This FAM Trip has been designed to explore some of the most iconic locations in the Community of Madrid, renowned for their culture, heritage, and importance to the region’s identity, while enjoying its unique landscapes, gastronomy, and welcoming spirit. Alcala de Henares, Casa Natal de Cervantes. Monasterio del Escorial.

WORDS THAT STAY

Pablo de Luca captured the spirit of the event with one powerful line:

More than 400 people joined GNETWORK360 MAD 2025, sharing two full days of inspiration, learning, and connection around diverse tourism and inclusion.
— Pablo de Luca -

That’s the heartbeat of this conference.
We were not attendees—we were contributors to a global conversation.

A FINAL NOTE THAT MATTERS

©Gnetwork360 Madrid 2025

Because when a community gathers, something shifts.
When a community collaborates, something grows.
And when a community understands its global economic power… there is no going back.

GNetwork 360 reminded us that our strength is not the event itself—it's the global movement behind it.

And Queerland Media will continue to tell these stories, amplify these voices, and take up the space we deserve.

What is visible becomes unstoppable.
