Welcome to Queerland Media — the first LGBTQ+ digital media platform in Finland and across the Nordic countries created in English (and soon, in Spanish too).

Born out of passion, frustration, and the simple truth that our stories deserve the spotlight, Queerland is a platform made by queers, for queers. But it’s more than just media. It’s a home. A gathering place. A living, breathing digital space where queer voices are not just heard — they’re celebrated, amplified, and protected.

We’re Hannu Medina and Raúl Medina — the minds and hearts behind this journey. Partners in life and in storytelling. Founders of Medina Helsinki Communications and the creators of lifeof2men, We Speak Gay, and Gay Travel Finland. Queerland is our boldest step yet. It’s everything we’ve ever needed — and never found — in mainstream media.

We built Queerland for all of us. For drag icons and soft-spoken dreamers. For trans trailblazers and those still searching for their truth. For every letter in the LGBTQ+ community, and every soul beyond labels.
